In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4.1 To access real-money Services on kp777, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your Pakistani mobile number, chosen username, date of birth, and a secure password.

4.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the kp777 Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kp777 uses technical and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting.

4.5 kp777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documentation confirming identity, age, and address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory verification has been completed.

• Valid Pakistani CNIC or Passport (identity and age verification);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g. JazzCash account confirmation);
• Additional documentation may be requested at kp777's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.

5.1 All financial transactions on the kp777 Platform — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kp777 does not apply currency conversion at any point in the transaction lifecycle.

5.2 kp777 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. kp777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your kp777 Account balance upon receipt of confirmed payment notification from your payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the initiating institution.

7.2 kp777 Casino games — including live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker variants, game shows, and RNG slots — use independently certified Random Number Generator systems. Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified systems and are not influenced by kp777 or its staff.

7.3 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or network disruption during gameplay, kp777 reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. This applies to both casino games and sportsbook wagers.

7.5 Where kp777 determines that a wager has been accepted or settled due to a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, system malfunction, or human error), kp777 reserves the right to void and refund the affected wager. kp777 will endeavour to notify affected players as promptly as practicable.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Creating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose;
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
4. Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
5. Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or game vulnerabilities for financial gain;
6. Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform;
7. Facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under the age of 21;
8. Engaging in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, or threatening toward kp777 staff or other Players;
9. Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to kp777 systems or networks;
10. Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gaming.

8.2 In the event of any prohibited conduct, kp777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending Account, withhold and forfeit all Account balances (including deposits, winnings, and Bonus Funds), report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

9.1 All content on the kp777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, branding, logos, interface design, text, and databases — is the exclusive property of kp777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

10.2 kp777's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arises.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kp777's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 kp777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following tools are available to all Players from their Account settings and do not require contact with customer support to activate:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly limits set by the Player);
• Loss limits (session or period-based loss ceilings);
• Session time reminders and reality check notifications;
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account pause from 24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-exclusion (permanent or long-term account closure, effective immediately upon request).

11.2 kp777 enforces the 21+ age requirement and will immediately close any Account where it determines, on reasonable grounds, that the Account holder is under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

When material changes are made, kp777 will provide notice via the Platform (including an updated "Last Updated" date on this page) and, where appropriate, via direct communication to registered Account holders.

13.2 Continued use of the kp777 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kp777 holds its international gaming license.

14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through kp777's internal complaint procedure, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated by kp777's gaming license authority. kp777 will cooperate fully with any such resolution process.

14.4 Nothing in this Section shall restrict a Player's right to seek any remedy available to them under applicable consumer protection laws.
